RCCG Kingdom Life Assembly, Doncaster, England seeks
to employ a Minister of Religion (Missionary). The candidate should be a Born-again Spirit Filled Christian, a believer who must have gone through Worker’s in training process and the School of
Disciples.
Understand the statement of faith (Tenets) of RCCG. Evidence of training and on-going spiritual development will be required if invited to attend an
interview.
Responsibilities
Have a clear call from God to work in missions.
Serve as part of the church plant team under the leadership of
Pastors and Team Support Couple.
Work efficiently
and effectively with assigned partners.
Actively involved
in constant evangelism.
Lead Discipleship –
Burden Bearer team and walking out the faith with them.
Reach out to potential contacts through calls and
visits.
Disciple new
Christians through one-on-one visits and group settings.
Engage in spiritual
disciplines and physical exercise daily.
Participate in all
team meetings, lead corporate times of fasting and prayer, church services, retreats and other required events.
Lead the church Care Ministry through running of the food bank and
community outreach ministry.
Lead women counselling team; provide counsel, prayer and encouragement, Meeting with other women in the church as needed to provide counselling.
Operate in the gift of the Holy Spirit.
Skills
and Knowledge Required
Applicant must be a committed member of the RCCG and
conversant with its code of conduct.
Experience in Hymns, Contemporary, Western and African Gospel music of different
genres.
Knowledge and understanding of RCCG statement of
faith.
The applicant must have previously work or currently working in the same
capacity.
The applicant must be capable of working independently and as part of a team to
achieve results.
The applicant should be able to communicate at least one Nigerian
language.
It is an occupational requirement that the post-holder is a practicing Christian
whose lifestyle is in keeping with RCCG fundamental beliefs and who has the confidence of his/her church fellowship.
Providing religious education as
required in the church and teaching people who seek conversion to Christianity. Offering pastoral care, counselling and welfare support to members of the church.
Interpret doctrine, articles of faith of our
religion.
The applicant must understand the principles of
confidentiality.
Qualifications
RCCG School of Disciple Certificate or similar certification
Remuneration & work
environment
Salary – £16500.00 per annum
The role is full time working in the church and outside the church
when required.

Experiences
